What I am building toward
A one-person company that can ship across design, engineering, and research without losing depth in any of them. The constraint is not ambition — it is bandwidth — so the work has to be small, sharp, and worth reading.
How I work
Log first, then product. A note becomes a doc becomes a tool, or it does not. What gets published is the thinking and the methods — the core data stays mine.
Quant systems & decision models
Since the JEV decision model entered the stack, I have been researching self-hosted, open-weight alternatives to hosted decision LLMs — and building a personal quant system on top of them. Built for my own use first; whether it ever becomes a product is a later question.

A vertical Doodle / Cavapoo grooming store on WordPress. First proof point — 2 months to a top-10 Google ranking on a real long-tail query.
aeox.uk + this site
AeoX launches as a free AI SEO diagnosis tool. This site goes live as the public home for the whole portfolio.
Two domains, one map
The big fusion: AeoX grows into an 8-module platform on aeox.uk, and Anchor ships inside it instead of as a standalone SaaS. This site stays the personal layer — notes, log, and the funnel that feeds the platform.
